What We Look for in a Partner

We work with commercial and industrial electrical contractors who are ready to take the next step in growth. While many of our partners have 50+ employees and strong operational teams, we remain flexible when the fit is right.

Our ideal partners deliver full-service electrical contracting across sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, and agricultural. From new construction and renovations to upgrades and ongoing service, their licensed electricians and in-house teams provide pre-construction, excavation, solar, and automation support to streamline projects and boost efficiency.

We value experienced management teams that build lasting partnerships through trust, communication, and dedicated service — staying engaged from conception to completion, and providing emergency support and preventative maintenance to ensure long-term performance.

What Started as one company became
A Bigger Vision

In 2013, founder Billy Salts set out to build something different—an electrical company grounded in culture, purpose, and people-first values. That vision grew beyond a single company and became the foundation for The One Team Electrical Group.

Today, The One Team is a network of independently branded, values-driven businesses that maintain their own culture while working together to access the resources, support, and scale of a larger team.

Ready to Build Something Bigger—Together?

Choosing a strategic partner is a big decision—and it’s not one-size-fits-all. If you’ve built a respected operation and are beginning to think seriously about growth, succession, or long-term support, this might be the right next step.
